Nice hotel. Very good service . Great place if you play golf otherwise look elsewhere if you’re looking for the real Por
Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Suite room was beautiful. Melanie from guest service was great, very friendly and welcoming.
Restaurant food was very poor for a 5 star hotel. Room service food the same. A hotel of this category could do much better. Suite room had a spacious balcony yet it was facing a children’s theme park opposite the hotel where loud music was playing from 11am. If you’re looking for a quiet spot this might be an issue. Vila de Lobo is a residential area. Amazing houses and manicured roads. However not much to do at night time and not the place to be if you want to have a real taste of Portugal.

Enjoyed our short stay as it was convient for beach & walking & to meet friends in the area
Good location next to the beach. Room v nice but noisy at night as it was located above the outdoor s of the bat
Dining room a little out of the way & also access to the pool was through the dining room Reception staff were not v welcoming or friendly.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating , nothing was too much trouble
Location, staff, enjoyed the suite , spaces and lots of packing room and beautiful bathroom .
More of view of the sea. Aspects of the hotel . like the outside and some of the other areas of the hotel that have not been redecorated need to be. It's in a prime location and can really do with additional investment. It has such potential and the staff were really great.
